The Blue Bedroom A double bed "à la polonaise" stands in the middle of the room. Panelling, painted furniture and Liberty print elegantly harmonize. Push the door, open the bed, dream awake and let yourself be overcome by sleep. Need to go to the lavatories !You can by a small door, cleverly hidden. Basin and shower match the colours of the room and the toilets are decorated with "trompe-l’oeil" panelling, like in old latrines.
The Pink Bedroom Two single beds "à la duchesse" in a Liberty print and striped material blend charm and elegance. The recess, draped as a canvas, will become your reading room and your favourite place to rest. The twenties-style bathroom will give the final touch to this decor so wonderfully refined.
The delicious "breakfast" (included in the rate) Breakfast is served on a table covered with old flax, elegantly furnished with earthenware and refined glasses. The smell of ancient roses on the table delicately caresses your nostrils. Your host will suggest you to have tasty homemade jams which will be accompanied, during your stay, by "mignardises" and delicacies cooked as in the old time, cakes and tartes reminding you of old flavours for the sweetest awakening of your palate. But also you will have coffee, tea...farmhouse bread, brioche...and homemade fruit juice. |
